Kevin Quiles, MDiv, M.A., LPC, RYT-200
Kevin Quiles, M.Div, M.A., LPC, RYT-200 served as hospice chaplain for 15 years and currently holds a private counseling practice to address anxiety, depression, and trauma, assisting individuals and couples counseling to Georgia residents, providing counseling (Ga) and consultation mental health to business, education and mentoring on spiritual care to end of life a soul development, yoga to complement psychotherapy, and virtual support groups to mental health and healthcare professionals.
Kevin founded Conversing with Death in 2014 and has spoken locally and nationally to mental health and healthcare professionals on developing last breath awareness, because when the caregiving professional can engage with his or her own existential angst he or she can bring the patient or client into a deeper place of healing.
Kevin is the author of three books titled Spiritual Care to Elderly and Dying Loved Ones, Conversing with Death: To Build a Better Now and Future, and Last Breath Awareness: A New & Bold Approach on Death for the West. He has penned about a dozen articles including: “Embracing the Elderly Patients’ Wish to Die”, “Power Patterns Within Professional Relationships”, and his latest “Love, Intimacy, and Death”.
