A Simple Facility Registration Process

Organizations begin by completing Pedagogy Education’s Facility Registration Form.

Facility registration serves an important purpose. It allows our team to review the organization’s information and avoid creating duplicate facility accounts in our system. It also gathers the administrative and billing information needed to establish the account correctly and prepare future invoices.

The form requests essential information such as:

• The facility administrator’s name and email address

• Facility name and address

• Corporate or franchise affiliation, when applicable

• Corporate headquarters information

• The organization’s website

Once the registration has been reviewed, the Pedagogy team can work with your organization to complete account setup, add the appropriate administrators and learners, and arrange the courses, packages, or memberships your staff needs.

Straightforward Organizational Billing

After the initial setup is complete, an invoice can be sent to your designated accounts payable contact. Invoices may be paid online by credit card or by mailing a check. A W-9 is also available upon request.
