Medical Center Post Signs Asserting Nurses' Rights

The Michigan Nurses Association filed a charge with the National Labor Relations Board.

It comes after a nurse at Munson Medical Center says she was threatened for talking about the impact of working excessive hours.

The National Labor Relations Board ruled that nurses are allowed to talk about their work conditions.

Now Munson is required to have signs saying so.

One nurses say this settlement forces the hospital to respect the rights of RNs to raise concerns.
