Uzoamaka Nwankpa, DNP, MSN, PHN, RN
Dr. Uzoamaka Nwankpa, DNP, RN, MSN-PH, PHN, is a nurse scholar, movement practitioner, and founder of Wellness Promoters LLC. With over two decades of experience in community and public health nursing, clinical education, and integrative wellness, she designs programs that combine traditional healing systems with science-based strategies. Her research and professional development work focus on preventing burnout, addressing compassion fatigue, and promoting collective healing through music, movement, and mindfulness. She is the developer of the RICHER Model™ and the author of several wellness-centered CEU courses for healthcare professionals. Dr. Nwankpa co-led a quality improvement project integrating African healing arts into clinical care and has presented her work nationally and internationally. Her published writing includes a chapter in the Springer book Dance and Quality of Life, examining movement and wellbeing through a cultural and clinical lens.
