Refund Policy


Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of payment processing to qualify for a full or partial refund. Refunds will not be issued for courses, packages, or memberships in which any course has been started or if the Print Option has been purchased. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All refunds will be returned to the payment method used to place the order. Refunds are issued once the payment settles in our Merchant System and are usually processed within 7 business days, but it may take up to 30 days depending on your bank or card issuer's policy.
