Memberships for Facilities

Pedagogy is pleased to bring a new way of accessing our industry leading education courses. Membership plans are tailored to meet the needs of the individual, organization, clinicians, and staff and offer 4 distinct libraries of education. Memberships provide staff access to the complete library of education for a full year. We do not charge implementation fees or long term contracts. Review the libraries and fill out a contact form, and one of our support team members will contact you to assist in choosing the right plan for your needs, all at the right price for your company!

In an effort to manage budgets, and compliance expenses, we have tailored our membership prices to provide industry leading education at an affordable price.	Manage your team’s progress through your chosen education plan with a simple and easy to use online interface. Admistrative users are able to add or delete staff members from the facility, re-purchase courses and memberships, print staff's certificates at the click of a button, and more!	You choose the courses your clinicians and staff are required to take from our broad set of classes. Once a member, your team will have access to our entire library of industry leading courses and inservices!

Pedagogy Education is delivered completely in an online format and may be accessed by your staff anytime and anywhere they have access to the internet.Use of our proprietary Learning Management System allows management to have complete control of their staff's education with monitoring and oversight of their staff's progress.

IV Certification courses are not included in our Memberships; any facility purchasing a Membership is eligible for a 40% discount on IV certification!

Annual CE Membership for Individuals

Our Individual Annual CE Membership provides you with access to any of the following courses for up to a year. Over 58 contact hours at a one time cost of $79.00. Purchased individually the courses would cost over $500.00. You may take as many of the courses as you can complete while your membership is still active. Courses may be taken in any combination and order that suits your schedule and needs.

Annual Infusion and Vascular Access CE Membership for Individuals

Our Individual Annual Infusion and Vascular Access CE Membership provides you with access to any of the following online infusion and vascular access courses for a full year. Over 42 hours of accredited infusion contact hours at a one time cost of $250.00. Purchased individually the courses would cost over $430. You may take as many of the courses as you can complete while your membership is still active. Courses may be taken in any combination and order that suits your schedule and needs.

Certified Nurse Aide, Nursing Assistant, Caregivers In-service Memberships for the Individual

Pedagogy’s online in-services are continuing education designed for certified nurse aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants and in home caregivers.

Our innovative online presentation makes learning fun and keeping up with continuing education contact hours for license renewal easy. No books to buy or download. Simply register with us to create your user name and password.

Our In-service Membership for the Certified Nursing Assistant provides you with access to any of the following courses for up to a year. Over 27 contact hours at a one time cost of $36.00. Purchased individually the courses would cost well over $250.00.

Facility Continuing Education Membership

This membership provides licensed staff with accredited continuing education that is accepted in all 50 states for nursing CNE. Our course topics improve consistency and efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Consistent education prepares your staff to provide quality care to your residents and clients.

Facility Infusion Continuing Education Membership

IV therapy and infusion education is a necessary component of your staff’s education. Your staff’s solid infusion knowledge foundation allows your facility to provide higher acuity therapies at higher reimbursement rates, improves patient and family satisfaction. Market your infusion services to Acute Care referral sources, physician groups, managed care and become the preferred infusion provider for your referral sources. The ability to provide high level infusion therapies will result in fewer acute care transfers and readmissions, a significant Centers for Medicare and Medicaid focus.

Infusion courses contain skill competency checklists to facilitate skill demonstration with a preceptor.

Facility Nurse Aide, Caregiver and In-Service Membership

This membership provides facilities with the required in-services designed to meet the federal requirements for long term care and home health certified nursing assistant staff development.

Our in-service topics include the mandatory in-services required by regulatory agencies for corporate compliance education and training that is required for all employees. Quality assurance expectations are reflected in each in-service course, making quality of care a priority as well as meeting regulatory expectations.

Many caregivers find our course topics helpful to prepare as a caregiver in an in-home setting, boarding home, assisted living or residential care community.
