Therapeutic Diets - Online Inservice

This online inservice familiarizes long term care nursing assistants, CNA's, nurse aides, and home health aides  with the basic concepts of therapeutic diets, including the types of therapeutic diets that may be ordered for a resident, the role therapeutic diets play in the treatment of residents, and which foods and beverages are allowed and restricted on therapeutic diets.
