The Standards of Care in a Nurse’s Self-Care

This course will provide participants with considerations and guidelines that will help them in finding a healthy work-life balance. This comprehensive course can be utilized for nurses throughout all healthcare settings and experience levels as the self-care considerations in this course apply for all. Within this course, the participant will review the basics of stress management, explore common health problems that affect nurses, learn ways to implement healthy daily habits, discover techniques to create positive perceptions of self and profession, examine ways to identify and dismantle workplace bullying, and gain an understanding of key strategies to prevent workplace incivility and violence.
