This course is designed to provide healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and effectively introduce new medications to residents in long-term care settings. Adding new medications requires careful consideration to avoid interactions, monitor for adverse effects, and ensure that new treatments align with the resident's health goals and existing care plan. Objectives
