Legal Foundations of Nursing Practice

This comprehensive course provides nurses with a foundational understanding of the legal concepts that influence clinical practice. Designed to enhance legal literacy and promote professional accountability, the course covers key areas including types of law, malpractice, informed consent, documentation best practices, HIPAA compliance, and professional liability insurance.
