ECG Interpretation: Basic Rhythms

This online CNE class is designed for nurse clinicians and nurses utilizing telemetry to enhance their knowledge of cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation. The purpose of this course is to educate nurses on ECG interpretation and identification of normal and abnormal cardiac rhythms as well as the anatomy and physiology of the cardiac system as it relates to the electrical conduction in the heart. The participant will learn how compare the cardiac waveform as it occurs in the cardiac cycle. In addition, will learn the normal and abnormal components of the ECG and their measurements.
