About Carol Mack, RN, PhD, JD

Dr. Carol H. Mack is a registered nurse, retired attorney, and educator whose career spans oncology nursing, healthcare law, and nursing education. Her background brings both clinical and legal perspectives to her work as a continuing education author.

Clinical Experience and Education

Dr. Mack practiced oncology nursing for more than 30 years. Her experience includes inpatient and outpatient care across medical, surgical, and radiation oncology settings.

Later in her career, she earned a law degree and was admitted to the State Bar of California. Throughout her career, she has taught nursing in a variety of settings. Her teaching experience also includes developing and teaching health sciences courses at California State University, Channel Islands.
