Workplace Harassment - Online Inservice

A culture of harassment in any workplace destroys morale, affects the work environment, and can often lead to litigation. Managers, supervisors, and employees must be aware of their responsibilities and accountability in regard to harassment in the workplace. This online inservice is designed to help CNAs understand what constitutes harassment, the different types of harassment, how to avoid engaging in behavior that could be considered harassing, implementing preventative measures, and steps to take if harassment is experienced.
