This course provides a comprehensive overview of best practices for monitoring medication outcomes in long-term care facilities, emphasizing a holistic, resident-centered approach. Participants will learn how to involve the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and residents in monitoring medication outcomes to ensure optimal therapeutic benefits and minimize adverse effects. Objectives

Upon conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:
