Refund Policy

Pedagogy makes every effort to ensure course and exam experiences meet your expectations. In the event you are not satisfied with our product(s) the following refund policy has been established.

For secure credit card processing Pedagogy pays a fee of typically less than 3% of the transaction amount. This transaction fee is not refundable.

REFUNDS

Refunds for course(s) purchased and not started or printed will be processed at 97% of the fees paid. Refunds will be issued as a check payable to the account holder. 97% is considered the full and total refund amount available after payment has been processed.

Refunds must be requested by the account holder.

Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of payment processing in order to qualify for a refund of any kind. Requests after 48 hours will not be allowed.

The Pedagogy system tracks progress through each course and exam automatically. The course and exam are considered 100% of the product for which you have paid. Your progress through any portion of either the course or exam represents your acceptance of that product and reduces your available refund according to that level.

Level 1 - 97% Refund
If you have NOT started or printed the course, you are entitled to 97% refund upon request.

Level 2 - 75% Refund
If the course has been started and less than 25% of the course pages have been viewed, you are entitled to 75% refund upon request. This level assumes NO test question viewing has occurred.

FACILITIES

Facilities and groups that have purchased bulk classes from Pedagogy will follow the same process as an individual refund and the same leveling rules will apply, just aggregated across the number of courses purchased versus taken.

REQUESTING A REFUND

Step 1 - Submit an e-mail to sales@pedagogy-inc.com explaining your request, account holder name and the specific class for which you are requesting a refund. Provide a postal address for the mailing of your refund check.

Step 2 - This e-mail will be responded to with a confirmation of receipt. Within 1 business day, you will be notified of the progress recorded and the amount of refund granted under these conditions.

Step 3 - Your check will be mailed within 10 business days to the address provided.

DISPUTES

If for any reason the level of refund or class participation is questioned, the electronic records of the Pedagogy system may be requested. These records are evidence of participation and are not subject to user editing. These records are not user editable and are automatically created as course(s) and exam(s) are viewed.
